This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use any of our software on these sites.
What data do we collect?

The technical information referenced above is captured automatically by our software when signing in.
How will we use your data?
Limited to business activity recorded in our software as utilized by our customers, Prism uses your data to maintain an accurate record of your involvement with such business activity.
If you are a user of our software, Prism uses your data to manage your account, to enable authorized access to our software tools, and to notify you about software changes or downtime.
Technical information is used for troubleshooting, support, and for overall trend analysis to inform ongoing design of our systems.
How do we store your data?
Prism stores your data in a professionally managed, highly secured data center located in the United States of America. Electronic and physical controls that meet or exceed industry standards are in place to protect all information managed by our software.
How long do we keep your data?
Your data is maintained as long as necessary to maintain a historical record of the business activity with which it is associated, as determined by our customers.
Do we share your data?
Prism shares your data with one of our customers only when your data is directly associated with business activity recorded in our software related that specific customer.
Your data may be visible to a user of our software when that user has been granted access to a record of business activity with which your data is associated, subject to the specific security rules of our software and that customer.
Prism never sells your personal information to any third party.
